When she was only 23 years old, Bonnie purchased her first investment home. She learned how to renovate an old home, firsthand. Ever since then, she has been continuously “fixing and flipping” many different properties. It wasn’t until a friend took notice of her interests and suggested she become a real estate agent that Bonnie started her real estate business. Her expertises developed in past careers in advertising, antique sales, and interior design have helped her grow and thrive as a realtor.
Bonnie Spindler is The Victorian Specialist of San Francisco. She is extremely passionate about the superior construction, decoration, and designs associated with pre-1926 architecture. Bonnie currently resides in an 1893 Victorian home, built by Isadore Zellerbach. This firsthand experience with Victorian homes allows her to provide expert advice and knowledge to her clients about owning a building from the Victorian era. She specializes in Victorian homes, but she also sells anything from Gothic to modern styles and everything in between.
A well known name in the San Francisco real estate community, Bonnie has earned the titles of Company Top Producer, Top Producer, and Zephyr’s All-Time Top Residential Sales Agent. She was the city’s fifth-largest seller of residential homes in 2006.
Bonnie spent her undergraduate career at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. She earned two BA degrees: Psychology and Communications, and two minors: English Literature and Business. She also has a Master’s education from the San Francisco Art Institute.
