WHAT WE’LL INCLUDE

Most importantly, your listing needs to include pictures. No one will want to buy a home if they don’t know what it looks like! We will always include a picture of the outside of your house. If you want to attract more potential buyers, we should include pictures of various rooms inside your home as well. For the best quality pictures, we’ll help you prepare your home for a showing, making sure everything is picture-perfect, clean, and clutter-free. The pictures should accentuate the home’s best features, not distract from them.

Listing Information

Besides pictures, we will be sure to include other important factors to draw in potential buyers. These may include any of the following:

  • Location—We’ll emphasize geographical features and proximity to shopping, dining, public transportation, etc…
  • Price—We can advise you on the most strategic asking price.
  • Amenities—How many bedrooms/bathrooms? Is there a garage? How big is the backyard, if there is one? Is there a basement?
