Agent Details

Mark Loustau is a fourth-generation San Franciscan who grew up in the Twin Peaks Midtown Terrace neighborhood. Mark got his California real estate license in 2002 and his broker’s license in 2018.

Mark first became interested in real estate when Bonnie Spindler sold him his first income property, a Noe Valley duplex, in 1996. Since that first investment, Mark has continued to buy an  eclectic real estate mix, from a Belvedere Island Mid-Century Modern to a Cow Hollow Edwardian 6plex to a Catalina Island Mediterranean-style church. When the opportunity surfaced to officially join Bonnie’s team at Corcoran Global Living, Mark felt this was a full circle journey back home.

A creative at heart, Mark has an innate passion for architecture, photography and travel. Mark’s roles in real estate over the past 20+ years have spanned developer, project manager, private lender. As a San Francisco native and long-time Marin County resident, Mark provides property sellers and buyers with a unique local point of view.

Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from California State University, Chico, and enjoyed a career in advertising and branding as an Art Director, including positions with Foote Cone & Belding and Landor Associates.
