Bonnie Spindler

New-BonnieWhen she was only 23 years old, Bonnie purchased her first investment home. She learned how to renovate an old home, firsthand. Ever since then, she has been continuously “fixing and flipping” many different properties. It wasn’t until a friend took notice of her interests and suggested she become a real estate agent that Bonnie started her real estate business. Her expertises developed in past careers in advertising, antique sales, and interior design have helped her grow and thrive as a realtor.

Bonnie Spindler is The Victorian Specialist of San Francisco. She is extremely passionate about the superior construction, decoration, and designs associated with pre-1926 architecture. Bonnie currently resides in an 1893 Victorian home, built by Isadore Zellerbach. This firsthand experience with Victorian homes allows her to provide expert advice and knowledge to her clients about owning a building from the Victorian era. She specializes in Victorian homes, but she also sells anything from Gothic to modern styles and everything in between.

A well known name in the San Francisco real estate community, Bonnie has earned the titles of Company Top Producer, Top Producer, and Zephyr’s All-Time Top Residential Sales Agent. She was the city’s fifth-largest seller of residential homes in 2006.

Bonnie spent her undergraduate career at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. She earned two BA degrees: Psychology and Communications, and two minors: English Literature and Business. She also has a Master’s education from the San Francisco Art Institute.

Ceily Landman

“ceily”Ceily Landman was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and attended the University of Colorado, where she earned a BA in International Affairs with a minor in French. Immediately after graduating, she moved to San Francisco following her husband, a Grateful Dead fan. Ceily successfully broke into the tech field during the dot-com boom, yielding a 10-year career as a Java software engineer. With a toolbox of transferable skills, Ceily was ready to move on to the next stage of her life.

While enjoying a stint at home raising her children, Ceily became a homeowner in the Inner Sunset and an income property owner in Bernal Heights, peaking her interest in real estate. She realized the power real estate possessed for security and investment purposes, alongside what she could only express as “fun.” Not your typical stay-at-home-mom/investor, Ceily was a power tool/DIY fanatic, constantly sharpening her skills on everything from chainsaws and jack-hammers to floor-sanders and pole trimmers. Along the way, Ceily also utilized contractors for larger projects, fostering relationships with professionals that she now extends as trusted providers to her clients.

Energized by her own beneficial experience investing in real estate, Ceily is on a mission to help people realize the security and piece-of-mind that comes with making good real estate decisions. As a mother and San Francisco resident for over 20 years, she has a wealth of information on schools, neighborhood amenities, and resources. Her conscientious and pragmatic approach, intimate knowledge of the city’s landscape and neighborhoods, and powerful analytical skills help her provide clients with excellent service.
